A nurse is on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week; for questions and concerns providing continuity of service to our client/patients.
What we provide:
- Licensed and Professional Nursing:
Health assessments, treatments and medication assistance along with a liaison between you and your MD. - Home Health Aide/CNA:
Personal care, meal preparation, light homemaking, shopping and errands. - Homemaking / Companion Service:
Home cleaning, cooking, shopping, errands, socialization and safety care.
Services range from one hour shower/bathing visits to 24 hour care.
Nursing visits are based on the need of the client/patient.
