PNHCCC was developed by a Registered Nurse specializing in Home Care.  She realized that there was a need in the community for patient care on a private pay basis that promoted independence and high quality care based on the individual needs of the person. 
    She felt communication between patients, staff and agency was lacking in the larger agencies.  Using this as a springboard she sought to remedy this situation and provide active conversing to insure client satisfaction and respect.

PNHCCC combines experience and knowledge of Home care with qualified, reliable and caring professionals.  Our caregivers demonstrate excellent skills, experience and a commitment to quality care.

BBB Member:
    PNHCCC has a member of the Better Business Bureau, the BBB, and has been since December 4th, 2007.  This means that PNHCCC supports the Bureau's services to the public and meets the BBB's membership standards.

    Based on BBB files, PNHCCC has a satisfactory record with the Bureau.  The Bureau has processed no customer complaints on this company in its three year reporting period.

    To have a "satisfactory record" with the Bureau, a company must be in business for at least 12 months, properly and promptly address matters referred to it by the Bureau, and be free from an unusual volume or pattern of complaints and law enforcement action involving its marketplace conduct.  In addition, the Bureau must have a clear understanding of the company's business and no concerns about its industry.
